Combine the whipped cream cheese, honey and strawberries in a bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Butter one side of each piece of bread.
Make five sandwiches using the cream cheese mixture as the filling - ensuring the butter is on the outside of the sandwich.
Hot tip; feel free to make more — we are almost certain you’ll be wanting seconds.
Dip a sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.
Add the coated sandwich to the frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes before flipping and repeating.
Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
